Senior Account Executive (AKA Senior Sales Executive)

Job Description

  • Meet, build and maintain rapport with potential and existing clients.
  • Initiate sales emails/calls, set up meetings, prepare sales decks, pitch creative proposals, and deliver presentations for campaigns.
  • Research and create case studies to prepare and pitch creative proposals for campaigns.
  • Participate in events, network sessions, and other activities during/outside of regular work hours to generate leads and increase awareness of the company.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Team to develop integrated campaign concepts and solutions that align with the client’s objectives and requirements to drive business growth.
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service and support by promptly addressing the needs and requests of clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Have sales experience of at least 3-5 years in any industry (media/advertising industry is preferred).
  • Have proven record in achieving financial targets.
  • Prioritises excellence in client services & relationship building with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in acquisition and deal closure.
  • Proficient in Written and Spoken Language: English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Able to work effectively on a tight timeline (for urgent campaigns).
  • Have excellent Networking Skills (Ability to network with the government sector added bonus).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing is a plus point.
  • Possessing your own transportation is a bonus.

Event & Activation Intern

Job Description

  • Assist with liaising with clients on campaign/event execution.
  • Research for event venues that match with the campaign budget.
  • Assist with ideation on the decoration/setup of events to align with the brand’s direction.
  • Manage PR Kits product procurement.
  • Contribute and research ideas for creative and memorable PR Kit unboxing experiences.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office & Google Workspace applications.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Possesses good administrative and organisational skills.
  • Possesses effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

Design Intern

Job Description

  • Support in design work in accordance with client briefs.
  • Assist in creating, maintaining and developing internal stakeholder design work.
  • Support in creating storyboards and design assets for videos.

Job Requirements

  • Able to understand briefs easily to chart out the best workflow and communicate with the team.
  • Willing to learn on the job as projects can be on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Familiar with Adobe software i.e. Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, XD. If you excel in web design and animation, that’d be a bonus!
  • Comfortable working with both PC and Mac hardware.
  • Photography skills are a plus point.

Office & Operations Intern

Job Description

  • Under the supervision of Office Manager.
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist Office Manager in office management.
  • Assist Activation in managing product fulfillment and planning events.
  • Assist Human Resources department in staff engagement events (planning and execution).
  • Assist Finance department in day-to-day financial transactions and documentation.
  • Assist Partner Relations Department to update and compile social share data.
  • Assist Account Servicing Department in case studies and research on company profiles and product/ services.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks, for example, collection of staffs’ claims.
