Senior Account Executive (SALES)

Job Description

  • Meet, build, and maintain relationships with new potential and existing clients.
  • Initiate sales emails/calls, set up meetings, prepare sales deck, pitch creative proposals, and deliver presentations for campaigns.
  • Research and prepare case studies on cool ideas for potential client campaigns.
  • Participate in events, network sessions, and other activities during/outside of regular work hours to generate leads and increase awareness of the company. 
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Team to develop integrated campaign concepts and solutions that align with the client’s objectives and requirements to drive business growth.
  • Consistently providing exceptional customer service and support by promptly addressing the needs and requests of clients, ensuring campaigns launch successfully.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • With sales experience of at least 3-5 years in any industry (media/advertising industry is preferred).
  • Have a proven record in achieving financial targets.
  • Excellence in client services & relationship building with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in acquisition and deal closure
  • Excellent in Written and Spoken Language: English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Able to work effectively on a tight timeline (for urgent campaigns).
  • Excellent Networking Skills (Ability to network with the government sector added bonus).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing is a plus point.
  • Possessing your own transportation is a bonus.

Live Host

Job Description

  • Host live-streaming sessions on various platforms.
  • Engage with the audience, respond to comments and questions in real time.
  • Present and promote products, services, or content in an energetic and entertaining manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional presence throughout the live session.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Job Requirements

Live Admin

Job Description

  • Set up and manage live stream sessions.
  • Monitor live sessions for any technical issues in real time.
  • Assist the Live Host with content flow, ensuring smooth transitions during the live stream.
  • Collect and report key metrics from each live stream.
  • Provide post-stream analysis and suggestions for improvement in future sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Able to multitask & work well in a team.

Events & Activations Intern

Job Description

  • Assist in liaising with clients on campaign / event execution.
    Search for event venues that match the campaign budget.
    Ideation on the decoration / setup of events that align with the brand’s direction.
    Managing PR kits products procurement.
    Contribute and research ideas of PR Kit unboxing experience.
    Assist in managing product fulfillment, primarily in packaging and delivering to KOLs.
    Assist the internal team in staff engagement events (planning and execution.)

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills.

Partner Relations Intern

Job Description

  • Source out for seeders and influencers on all social media platforms according to specific criteria.
    Reach out to the seeders and influencers through Instagram DM, Whatsapp or phone calls, as and when needed.
    Compiling seeders and influencers list based on the requirements given
    Attend shoots and events as and when needed.
    Assist in managing office operations, including supplies and product fulfillment for KOLs.
    Support the internal team with staff engagement activities & participate in event setup and execution.
    Execute various tasks across all pillars which includes but is not limited to CSR initiatives, Media initiatives, PR initiatives, Academy initiatives, Special projects, and more
    .

Job Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn and expose to other departments when necessary.
